: Very nice staff. We had a problem that we arrived very late and they called us and helped us upon arrival. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the city. The room was not so modern but 5 people were comfortable. Enough space. It has a double bed and a personal bed on the first floor and two personal beds on the second half floor. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel and I don't know if it has the service.
: The room is not in the same hotel but around the corner but it is close. The next morning they were working on construction on the same floor but it wasn't a problem for us since we were only there for one day and we got up early to visit the city.

: The place was horrible. The hallway was always dark. At night, I felt unsafe. The TV in the room wasn't hooked up. Exposed wires. The fan on the wall was filty. The bathroom had a horrible smell. The shower is so small could barely fit in. There is nothing to hold soap/ toiletries in the shower. Worst place ever we stayed.

: I liked that it was close to the Duomo
: I didnt like that it was dirty, it didnt look like the picture, the shower door was broken, the bathroom was very small comparing to the pictures, and on top of everything, someone entered the room when we were gone, they didnt even ask if the can do that, and we were not told after. We figured it out on our own and I find that very disappointing.
