  : The location is very good, near the Pitti Palace, but that's it. The towels were clean. The bed is comfortable and also clean. But until I dropped something on the floor and had to look under the bed. You can find everything you want there.
  : The apartment is managed by a rental agency, not a private host. The guarantee of 300 euros was retained for one month after departure. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, on some very uncomfortable stairs. Nothing can be seen from the windows, except the roofs of the neighboring houses. There is no view. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The floors, the corners of the rooms, are dirty. The furniture in the kitchen is very old, damaged, especially the sink and the related cabinet. Cutlery is thrown into a drawer. Under the sink dirt and cockroaches/ants. We only used the kitchen to make coffee at the machine. The windows are old, stained, the curtains are dirty, the walls have not been painted for a long time. The table has a broken edge. To get to the terrace you have to climb other stairs, about 20 in number. The terrace is also full of dust, the furniture has no cushions.
