  : The room was very comfortable. The location was great, easily accessible from the city center/train station. Unique and beautiful decoration all over the house.
  : The heating wasn't working and it was pretty cold at night when we were staying.

  : We had a warm welcome. The person who welcomed us was super nice and helpful. He showed us the whole place, did our intake and even took us to the free parking spot for our car (which was a 5/10 minute walk, look at the negative part of this review to get some more insight in the parking spot). The room was nice and big enough. There were 2 bikes that were free to borrow, which was really nice. The stay overall was very good. Florence is a really, really nice city! It's quite a long, but nice walk to the city center.
  : We booked an AC room, but didn't get that the first night. The following day we asked the caretaker if we could swap to an AC room and that was fine, so the following nights we slept in the AC room. That was very nice. The price/quality was really good, they should be looking to the booking better though, and give you an AC room in the beginning when you ask for this. Nonetheless, very good and nice stay :) There accommodation promised us a free parking spot, we did get that, but the place where you park your car is quite shady. It used to be a big parking, but they placed a fence, so now it's just a small place where cars are parked. We were lucky to get a parking place, but it didn't really feel safe to leave my car there. And also, a lot of times the place will be full. We did park there for a few days though, and nothing happend to our car. But just good to keep it in mind (I added some pictures to show you how it looked like).

  : The room was really clean and cosy, bathroom was clean, too. Another host was really friendly. The location is good. Air condition running correctly.
  : The chcek-in was really weird. The time for check-in on the booking.com is not valid. The first information sent by host was a message with information that check-in is necessary between 16th and 17th hour. If we became in another time, we will pay an extra penality of 10. Later, the host send us information, that we must become at 17:30. We were in front of the house at 17:30 and the personnel come at 18:45. In fact we make plans to arrive at the host's condition and we wait for them more than 2 hours. I can't imagine, what will happen when we arrived in the late evening by plane. I strongly recommend using other accommodation.

  : The owner was so lovely, he was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. the property is perfect location with bus routes everywhere.

  : Everything was ok, if you want to improve your service, one small fridge to share would be great.
