  : There were no tissues in the kitchen area, but I guess that was an Italy thing, cz that's was the case for the other hotels we had booked in other cities.

  : The location is not very far away from the city center, and it has a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen, and I liked the view from the bedroom:)
  : Most of the furniture was old, and we had a feeling that the apartment was not clean enough. Some necessities were lacking, there were no paper or cloth towels or napkins in the kitchen, also we could'nt find a dish dryer. If you are a tea person like us, there is no electric or ordinary kettle in the kitchen. They put only 2 little toilet papers and 2 little bottles of shampoo for 2 person for 3 nights(we bought everything ourselfs).

  : It had a bed, a table and all the basics. And it's just 18 minutes walking from the Duomo of Florence
  : 1) To combat the heat, a second airco was installed in the sleeping room. Good idea, but it was done in a makeshift way so that now you cannot close the shutter of the left window. As a result you get sunlight in the morning (in June it gets light at 5am and sunrise is at 5:30). If you really want to stay here, bring duct tape so you can cover the left window with towels. 2) The company that delivers the keys will send you whatsapp messages from different numbers on the day of your arrival. "Hello, what time", "Where are you now?", "Don't you have train tickets?". They want you to arrive at a time that suits them (not the time you indicated on Booking). But then, when you agree on a time, they arrive 30 min late. The owner seems quite hands-off and does not read all messages (and then claims Booking didn't send him your message).
