  : Water pressure was good.
  : TV did not work & did not fix. Demanded 56 euros cash for city tax but no receipt. Demanded to take photos of passports which not required and is a security problem. Must bring own supplies like toilet paper & dishwashing soap.

  : The property is clean and close to the nearby tram station
  : First of all we booked this place thinking it was the one shown in the pictures with the balcony .But turns out theres two flats one on ground floor and one above with the balcony. Unfortunately they sneakily dont tell you which one youre booking as there is no way to know when booking. The pics on both options are the same. We got the bottom one and it was not great, no coffee machine like in the DESCRIPTION and pictures. When I enquired I was told theres a mokka in the cupboard (no coffee powder provided) , and told that the coffee machine is in the room with the balcony (I wish I knew that when booking somehow). As mentioned above theres no balcony in this flat and it didnt look like some of the pics of what I believe is the last above. Over all my wife and I felt cheated as we felt the description and selection options dont tell you the whole story. When youre coming on holiday you want to get what you pay for and we felt lied to. So we were not happy. Expectations from pics didnt match what we got.
