  : Location, clean and spacious. Plenty of kitchenware. washer available. Nice host. good Wi-fi.
  : Master bedroom did not close (no privacy), what looked like a good amount of mold on the wall under one of the air conditioners. early checkout at 10am instead of 11-12. Shower water pressure not consistent. no place to put shower things and no toilet paper holder. Was not offered a discount for broken master bedroom door and moldy wall.

  : The location is very central and right by the Duomo - ideal for sightseeing, but tucked away on a side street so not too loud. The host Francesco was very helpful, very speedy responses on WhatsApp whenever I had a question and helped without delay when I had issues with the blind in the bedroom window. The apartment is naturally quite cool, and the air-conditioning in all three rooms (both bedrooms and the living room) worked very well. The apartment was very clean.
  : As other reviewers mentioned, there is no elevator in the building so if you have mobility issues or young children with prams, this might be an issue. I didn't find it an issue however. Proximity to the Duomo is great, but the church bells do start at 7am every morning - if you are an early bird not a problem, but if you like to sleep in you may find this an issue! The sliding door to the main bedroom was broken, and there is no door for the second bedroom on the mezzanine level - if you require more privacy, this might also be an issue. The shower in the main bathroom had good water pressure, but the second bathroom less so.
