  : Best place to stay in Florence if youre looking for something very close to the Firenze SM Novella train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and perfect base to explore the city.
  : Its located right at the top of a three-four story old building with no lift so if you have tons of huge large this place would not be recommended.

  : The location was probably the only GREAT thing about this apartment. 5 minutes walking from the train station, 10-20 minutes to the center.
  : 1. We reached and waited around 30 minutes in the heat after traveling for so long for the person checking us in to arrive even though we informed the team much earlier about the time wed reach.2. We also read alot of bad reviews about the stairs being steep but were two young people we didnt think it would be an issue.. but there were many more issues with the apartment, it wasnt clean at all (short black hairs, probably from males, everywhere). 2. The AC was practically not functioning, it was much hotter inside the apartment than the outside even with the ac running(it was around 30 degrees during our trip), we asked for help as we couldnt sleep at night from how hot and suffocating it was, and no one answered until days later asking if its working or not .. they should just put proper AC units especially in the main bedroom (no AC only a fan)3. They gave us one set of towels each for 5 nights and when we asked for more they wanted to charge us, but then offered free ones on message but they never gave them?!4. 5.50 euros per night per person for city tax?!?!?! This place is DEFINITELY not worth that much. We wasted our money on this place, we stayed in much cheaper apartments in italy with 10x the better service.5. 3 washrooms, which would have been amazing if they didnt all smell like sewers 24/7.
