: great location, right near city centre, felt like proper living experience in florence.It had good views, and the sun came through the windows a lot.kitchen was well equipped, balsamic vinegar and salt was in the cupboards.
: bathroom had a faint smell to it but nothing that bad and the air con didnt work amazingly but kept us comfortable with it being 30 degrees outside, but this is very nit picky

: very cute apartment. well located and close to supermarket.air conditioned and pleasant views.good fridge and fast wifi
: had to wait 25 minutes for checkin despite having communicated our arrival time the following are minor, and would make for a 5 star stay if they were improved:outdated legal information on the door regarding city tax there was a sign on the wall to pressure guests into giving a 5 star reviewkitchen sink clearly had drainage issues - very clogged.could have provided some essentials such as: kitchen sponge, salt and pepper, oil, tea towel, more toilet rolls, bath mat very uncomfortable pillows.some plates were also not cleaned properly from previous guests

: Location was great! Aircon worked well for the sitting area. Great value for money.
: The aircon didnt reach where the bed was so the sleeping area was very hot. At one point unbearable to sleep so slept on the sofa at 3am. There was also 9 flights of stairs which we were unaware of, luckily we can walk up these steps but others may not.
