  : The location could not be better! It was a few steps to the Uffizi, a few steps to the Ponte Vecchio. It was easy walking all over Florence from there - museums, shops, streets, restaurants. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence.
  : Nothing. The staff was excellent and helpful. Everything was clearly marked and understandable. We would stay again at the hotel without a moment's hesitation.

  : The location was/is fantastic. That's why we stayed there and would perhaps stay there again.The room was good sized but didn't have an easy way to put two carry-ons up to work with/from
  : The worst item was the smell from the toilet/sewage. I don't know the cause, but I know that the toilet wasn't secured to the floor.I sleep on my stomach 1/3rd of the night. The mattress was soft enough that I couldn't. However, the mattress was pretty comfortable for back side sleeping.

  : Super friendly staff! Excellent location. Right next to Ponte Vecchio and a great cafe. Comfortable bed! Just a wonderful place.
  : Lots of mosquitos, if you leave the windows open. We were there in early October. Also, street sounds are louder in the evening, but it didnt either us.

  : It is pretty noisy outside until the midnight. Staff is not helpful and has very cold attitude.

  : Location was fantastic - apartment was fantastic - spaciousDifficult to go with bags to a different location to check in after a journey there but manageable - had mixup with keys and wifi but host tried hard to fix that for us

  : Excellent location. The accommodation is close to many restaurants and stores. It is located a block away from the Uffizi Gallery and the Pont Vecchio Bridge. It was within walking distance to many attractions as well. Good communication from Antoni and Elisa. Many thanks to Giuseppe for reserving a taxi for us the day before we had to go to the airport.
  : Very noisy in the late evening as it is next to a main street along the Arno River. I thought our room would have a separate coffee/hot water appliance. A small coffee maker was located in a communal area outside our room. I didn't know that check-in to the hotel has to be pre-arranged as there is no one there 24/7.

  : No blanket. Just a sheet on the bed. Squeaky bed. Outside street noise, and no shampoo.
