  : Location is perfect.
  : Overall cleanliness, bathroom and bed was clean but everything else was dirty. Lazy staff, reluctant to help, ignores calls and texts until they feel like answering. Staff was advised 2 days in advance for estimated time of arrival/check in and was provided an update earlier that day as well however we still had to wait in the street for 30 mins until the staff member opened the door. Later that night, we got locked out of the building and when contacting the staff member, he was reluctant to help and didnt end up doing anything. We got lucky as a pedestrian walking by provided us help. This rental property has a lot of potential, please change your staff and clean up the place.
