  : The place is quite comfy for 2 people. Everything was organised and settle.
  : Its not really in city center, my friend and I needed to walk around 15 min to be in town. Whats the purpose of having a coffee machine without the capsules to be used? At the beginning I had a kind of struggle to get into the apartment, theres a secret to open the door.

  : The location is nice, it's very close to the railway station and the city center.
  : There was mold in the bathroom. The floors were not very clean. The walls had dirty stains all over. The place may have looked like the pictures when it was first built, but it's not at all the same anymore. We didn't have internet for the whole first day. The boiler wouldn't work in the beginning so someone had to come down and fix it. The staff that came to fix things was nice and helpful but it shouldn't have been necessary to have people fix things, in the first place.The guest book was full of warnings not to use the appliances in certain ways, like not to put the AC below 20. Overpriced for what you get.

  : Poor air ventilation, Mosquito, broken window, No paper towels, Tiny Shower area with broken soap Shelf, Broken wardrobe, Hard to open apartment door with key, No microwave, Noisy Traffic. We stayed for two nights and could not sleep both nights due to the poor ventilation system. We could not close the windows since they were broken. We found mosquitos inside the apartment. We booked this apartment due to its proximity to the main train station and 7.3 rating on Booking.com. The rating is completely misleading. .

  : Good location near Santa Maria novella train station. Easy to reach by walking. Nice "customer service" even though all conversation were via text messaging.

  : The location was so good. Close to the train station, to the city center, there were supermarkets around, everything you need.
  : The street was quite busy but we were prepared for that.However, what made our stay unpleasant was the equipment of the apartment. The AC didnt work which is quite uncomfortable when there is 30C outside. The second thing, even worse, was a shower. It didnt fit well and there was water everywhere when you took a shower. We spent an hour every day with cleaning the bathroom. Thats definitely not something you want to do on a vacation.
