: We were delighted with this gorgeous apartment in Florence, the ceiling was fabulous showing the history of the building. Such a great find. It was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed - the shower was fantastic! The host could not have been more helpful, especially accommodating our changing travel arrangements. It is in a great location too being near a wonderful square with lots of good restaurants and a small, well stocked supermarket, and yet easy walking distance to all the key attractions of Florence. Highly recommend it for a couple wanting to both see classic tourist Florence but who also want to get a real feel for the local aspect
: Nothing - very satisfied and would stay again if we ever are lucky enough to return to Florence!

: Very central location, walking distance from all attractions. The host was very responsive and super nice and let us store our luggage on the last day
: Everything in the apartment is quite old and in need of renovation. The sofa is old and uncomfortable to sleep on. It would also be helpful to have a coffee machine: theres only a moka coffee maker. In addition, guests are being asked to pay a destination fee per person per day for the benefit of the owner, to be paid in cash at the property. Nevertheless, certain apartment services at the end of the stay are outsourced to guests, such as taking out the trash to the dumpsters, undoing the beds and putting away the used sheets and towels, switching off the gas and the heating. Given that these cervices are already paid for through the rent and the separate destination fee, these should be done by the cleaning staff and not outsourced to guests who are there on holidays. Finally, the electricity is switched off when guests are not in the apartment, which means that no dishwasher or other devices can run or be charged while guests are away, and that no food can be left in the fridge.
