  : The location is absolutely amazing and so convenient to the places where we like to go and visit! Its a spacious apartment perfect for a family. The supermarket around the corner was perfect esp to get the essentials!!
  : The aircon isnt very cold - with the heatwave, it is only a little bit cooler than outside (we set it at 18C already!). Maybe it needs regular maintenance to the filters (we do that to our own aircon systems) so it blows cooler air! The staff isnt very responsive as everything goes through Sweetstay in the UK so no one local to help or answer questions. I called the hotline once during the day and the lady answered saying its in the middle of the night and to just email my query and hung up. So we had issues with booking a taxi to the train station - we reserved one via the AppTaxi which Sweetstay recommended and they cancelled our reservation last minute! During high season, theres not enough taxis! We ended up having to drag a family of 4s suitcase all the way to the train station!

  : The apartment is very modern and well finished. Its spacious and clean. The apartment is in the middle of a square which is really lovely and close to all the major attractions. We really appreciated the AC in every room. The person showing us around was super friendly and helpful.
  : Be aware, the company who looks after this apartment require a lot of administration even after booking on booking.com, the most Ive ever encountered actually. They require a 250 security deposit (and threaten that the booking isnt confirmed without this), an online check in on an external website, a separate transaction for the tourist tax, completion of a form to confirm your check out times, WhatsApp messages from the host and countless of messages and reminders when one piece of information is outstanding. The worst part for us is that they charged us an additional 10 to leave our bags at the apartment an hour before our check in time. So be aware if you are planning on arriving in Florence before 3pm that they will charge this even though we have no idea what that money goes towards and weve never been charged for this in any other place weve stayed. Whilst the staff were friendly in person, I wouldnt receive a response via booking.com for simple asks such as extra bedding. And then when I followed up to see if they had received my message, I received quite a defensive message back and on other occasions I would get an automated message asking for more administration (which is tricky to do when youre traveling!). I would definitely book at hotel next time because the huge amount of admin for just one night at this apartment wasnt really worth it.

  : The property was in a great location and had a good layout with a nice size kitchen and lounge room area. It was quite spacious. We were a family of 5 so we had the sofa bed out but would be great area to use if there were less people but still fit 5 of us comfortably.
  : The property had 3 air-air conditioners and none of them worked effectively so unfortunately the appartment was quite hot during our stay and we werent able to cool down. The shower was very small.

  : We loved the location - right around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio, a great supermarket and right above a restaurant. Looking over a little piazza, it was surprising how quiet the apartment was. Sometimes we heard people walking around from the apartment above us, but that didn't worry me.
  : The shower was pokey and the pressure was average, but what do you expect in an old building?
