  : Appartement is small, I would say max. 20m² and it is rather a studio then 1 bedroom flat.However, it is very functional and size is not disadvantage if you are one or two staying in this appartement. Once there, you will have everything you need for the stay in Florence, kitchen is sufficiently equipped, badroom has bad and wardrobe, there is hair dried, iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine... I didn't miss anything.Bathroom is new and clean, but it will take you few tries to figure out how to flash the water in the toilet. ;-)I found it very nice from the host to leave a booklet with tips and tricks for Florence. It would be even better to update it.
  : Bathroom is very tight and you need to plan how to move in it, especially to be careful with one part of the wall to avoid hitting your head at least twice every day like I did.Also, using the toilet loo is a bit uncomfortable for someone tall 195cm ( or even less), but one can survive this for a few days as it is new and clean.

  : Great location, easy to walk to everything and only 10min from the heart of Florence. Very nice hosts. Kitchen with all the supplies you need, and across the street from a laundromat and grocery store. Some great restaurants nearby too!
  : Cleaning service was not included, as far as I know (although they do offer one!).

  : Great location. Apartment was clean and there was enough kitchen accesories for every need. A freezer was a nice plus, for a chance to make ice cubes.
  : Bed not very comfortable, also only one blanket for two people and no extra pillows. Very noisy, as windows were a bit broken, so I had to fix those myself, so they could close. Apartment had a TV, but it had no channels. A microwave oven, but its plug didn't even fit into the power socket next to it, so it needed to be carried across the room. Same thing with the blow dryer.

  : my staying at Santa Monaca was perfect, the room was super clean and loredana were so helpful about my check in because I arrived early in the morning.. the place is fully furnished especially the kitchen I didn’t except that

  : Room is ok. Bed is ok.
  : Lacking of amenities, even no hand soap. There's a coffee machine but no coffee provided.For the price I paid I would expect something more.

  : Comfortable bed although a tight squeeze going up the spiral staircase. I particularly liked the location of the studio with a lovely gelato shop on the corner.
  : The studio was ok and had a few renovations . However, the bathroom although it had a relatively new shower cubicle and sink the tiling had very poor peeling paint throughout. I was staying here on my own to visit wonderful Venice but if it was for two people (or tall people) they would struggle.
