: The apartment has good aesthetic, but the facilities does not match to what they claim in the advertisement. It says the apartment has AC, but it is only in one bedroom. You may not use the sofabed in the living room because it is too hot in summer and there is no AC. This will ruin your night sleep and vacation. There was waterlogging in the shower after 30 sec of shower, so you may not take a proper shower without flooding the bathroom. The property owner do not care even if you complain. They suggest to complain to booking.com, which does not take any responsibility and ask you to deal with the property yourself.

: The host showed up to pass the key late 2 hours although I was arranging my arrival time in details with the host, the room amenities must be checked because the iron was missing, the air conditioning only available in the bedroom but with lots of noise

: only location, close to team station
: -property has a strong smell of cigarettes. all furniture is smelling and regardless we open windows for whole days and nights -it did not help to remove smell.-septic tank cleaning machine is a planned event in Italy, owner DOES NOT have to rent this property when it is planned. Windows of property directly directed to this machine and all property is smelling very bad. we could not stay inside.-the owner asked us to be at home as washing machine repairman has to come. we decline it of course

: Check-in , check-out easy
: Over priced for what they offers. First off all the ap was very dirty, they didn't clean neather the floor, i find chips near the couch , a lot of hair in the bathroom, everything in the kitchen was oily.Second, in the apartament is very , very hot. There is some kind of AC in the bedroom but besides of lot of noise doesn't do so much job.
