  : wifi was a little weak. didn’t read deeply into the details and thought the terrace access was for all units. also didn’t realize second floor apt was up three flights of stairs. no cork screw.

  : Lovely apartment in a really good location. Very comfortable, lots of character, comfortable and clean. The street below is full of nice coffee shops and restaurants, and you can hear the bells from the Duomo.
  : We had Appt No.3 on the top floor. The other apartment on same floor has access to the roof terrace, directly above the bedroom. This was very noisy when they were moving furniture around at midnight.

  : Great location and nice sized single bedroom apartment.
  : Shower was a bit small (but works fine) and the trade off with excellent location is the street noise late in the evenings. Also need to consider access via stairs (I booked knowing this was a factor).

  : Location is great. Middle in the center, very easy to go around. Lots choose of good restaurants nearby. Managing team members were great help and friendly.
  : We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment. If you don't mind shower issues, it will be good place to stay. 1. Bathroom is really small. If you are tall and big, it will be very difficult to take shower. 2. Hot water only last for 2 minutes, really need to be rush for shower. And water pressure is low.3. Water leaking outside, so floor is a bit wet each time after shower. Need to clean up in order not to slip away.4. In 2nd bedroom you can hear neighbour flash the toilet and take shower. Very annoying sometimes.5. Lots stairs, but you get use to.

  : The property is directly in the city center, very close to everything! The staff was very accommodating and had great communication via email and phone. Big nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nicely decorated.
  : Yome has a few properties in Florence, it was hard to distinguish which property we would be staying at with their multitude of photos. Make sure to clarify. At this property, everything was great except there were absolutely no views out the windows of the city - only views of other apartment walls - little sunlight. This was a bit of a let down but on the positive side at least it was quiet - you couldn't hear any noise from the street. Also - we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and 3 wine glasses instead of 4.
