  : The only good thing was location and the fact that they prepared the room earlier than check-in time (the latter was after many many requests and begging to do that).
  : 1) They are scammers, which you can tell by the fact they take only 100% prepayment and the fine for non-show or ANY change is 100% of the booking. Be careful, no property acting in good faith will ask for 100% prepayment without return.2) The property is situated in the old building with very high, uncomfortable staircase, its impossible to lift the luggage upstairs without the help of a man.3) When we received the room, there started the nightmare. The pictures that you see on booking.com are the pictures of only one room they might have. They didnt post the real pictures of other rooms. So, when we came and saw what they were offering to us, I immediately wanted to cancel the booking, because it was a place, where only a homeless person would sleep because of no other opportunity. The door of the room was 1,60 in height, a normal person should crumple to be able to enter it. The room was smelling very bad, like humidity and mildew. The bathroom looked like it wasnt renovated since 1950s. The walls were dirty, scratched, and worn out. The room itself was small, had no normal size window, no natural light, no air, no air conditioning, just the fan that was sounding like tractor after you turn it on.4) I contacted owner via WhatsApp asking to change the room, after which I receive impudent answer that I should have been aware about the room conditions. HOW THE HELL SHOULD I KNEW ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF THE ROOM, if THERE WERE NO PICTURES OF THAT EXACT ROOM ON THE BOOKING.COM.?????5) Also will mention about the awful work of Booking.com customer service, which first, would allow a scam on their website, who wouldnt check if the photos the property post correspond to the reality or not, if owner was decent and acting with good faith, when he posted photos or not, also they dont check if the property do sales of the room, that was previously properly posted on the website.This is not the first time, that on booking.

  : The location was very good. Close to local cafe and restaurants.
  : The fact that we were unable le to get into the property with code email. This took us 2 hours to get in. The room did not look like the pictures, the room was very hot, with only one fan, pillows were not good. The bedsheets were not clean. I could go on. I will be contacting booking .com
