: The communication with the host was not immediate. We stored our luggage in the designated area, but encountered difficulty with the pin code. After a brief wait, we were able to contact the host for assistance.The check-in process is not straightforward; it requires completing the check-in and payment through external links.

: Very clean room. Stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Great location. Good value for weekend night. Quiet street. Spacious stone shower. Truth in advertising: room was as described, the auto-check-in process was not complicated, and the 2nd floor walk could be challenging for those with heavy luggage. For us it was no problem.
: Common areas and stairway up to the 2nd floor had dirty laundry bags, etc the whole time, and would benefit from painting the abused/scuffed up walls. The bathroom was a bit musty -- just needs some airing out.
