  : It is such a lovely place. Such a large space with lovely bedrooms and space for us to relax in after pottering round Florence. The hosts were always there and happy to help. It was a great location to the tram. The host told us helpful things when we checked in. Allowed us to settle in before doing paper work. The garden which is pictured is nice and others sit out there which seemed nice and didn't go on too late. Washing liquid for the sink was provided which is always appreciated
  : There wasn't so much we didn't like, but it would have been good to have more basics so it feels like being home. When staying for short stays, you don't want to buy things that will go to waste bin bags, foil, washing machine liquid, etc. Would have been nice to have such basics at such a price and because we only stayed 3 nights. Little things like having a toothbrush holder would also be helpful. The TV was small for the size of the room. The oven tray was very dirty, so we asked for a baking dish and they did provide an oven tray very quickly.
