: The photos on booking.com for the room we had doesnt do it justice! The room is so spacious, has a gorgeous hand painted wall in the room, and fresh towels daily. Location is brilliant too, less than 10min walk to the train station. There was a mini Prosecco and crisps in the room for our arrival which was a nice touch!
: The only thing to comment on is the noise out to one of the busy streets. We had earbuds for sleeping and we were very tired every night from exploring, so it was not an issue for us.

: Staff is friendly but not able to deal with issues. We had bed bugs in the room and his answer was "Im so sorry my apologies but it is not my fault".
: We received a room full of bed bugs. The bed upstairs but also the beds downstairs was FULL of bugs. Send a message to the property manager when we saw the bugs at night but wouldn't get an answer until the next morning. I literally sat on the couch in the lobby the whole night while my mom sat on the couch in the room. Terrible experience. We are both full of bed bug bites! Received a refund for the room but where is the compensation for this trauma and the horrible itchiness we have right now???? He gave me a bottle of bug spray to spray on my clothes?! This obviously won't work.. the clothes need to be washed and treated!
