Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location is less than a 10min walk from the train station. There is also a laundrymat on the same street.
  : The air conditioners (one in living room and one in the bedroom) are very loud. The ACs are also not very effective to make the rooms cold (luckily the temperature during our visit to Florence was not super hot). The street noise and/or music at night was loud. Our family didnt have good night sleeps during our stay.

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Location was incredible, if youre looking to not be in the accomodation much this place is perfect. Had a minor issue with the property but it was resolved promptly.
  : Communication with the property was difficult, three seperate communication channels were opened. On here, on WhatsApp and through their third party website which was confusing. When we arrived someone else had checked into our room so there was a delay in sorting that out. We had also requested two beds to be made up but they werent to we had to wait until they delivered sheets for the second bed. We had requested a 3pm check in but the housekeeping was still there when we arrived. Nothing majorly wrong but a lot of little frustrating occurrences that made the start of our stay a little annoying.
