  : Location was great, 10-20 min walk from the train station and the duomo. Rooms were better than expected for a 2 star rating and the huge doors onto our balcony were a lovely surprise. Staff when around were pleasant and friendly!
  : Overall the rooms are basic and in need of a little TLC but still clean and comfortable. Shower was a little temperamental. Not something within the hotels control, but the traffic around the hotel was crazy with roadworks and could be a little noisy at rush hour times.

  : Highly Not recommended this one. Lack of communication. At 11am 25/10, I sent a text message to inform that we would be 45 minutes late for check in and received a 20 extra charge for late check in message in the morning 26/10. The late night staff member was hungry for cash. No cash, no check in, even there was a card machine over there on the desk. Stone heart staff member. We were traveling for more that 3 hr from Rome with exhausted, the late night staff did not care about this but still asking for cash, and ignoring my suggestion for paying him next morning. The room was really old and fully of mould smell. The bathroom was filthy and flush was broken. This is located at the edge of Florence old city and with 25 minutes walking distance to find food. Parking spaces were very full and I drove for 45 minutes to find a parking. Street location with really really old windows. Very annoying during early morning. Could not sleep at all. Never stay this again. Wast money. Stone heart staff.

  : Good location, clean sheets and towels.
  : The rooms need to be renovated. Despite the stuffs best try to satisfy us , the rooms are not up to standard. Old and worn out furniture, definitely not worth the price.

  : The location is great, about a 15 minute walk into the main part of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and let us leave our bags after we checked out. The hotel is in a really nice building, and there are 3 doors to unlock before getting to the hotel so the security is very good. The beds were so comfortable and the room was big. A perfect hotel for a few nights stay!
  : Not a negative as such but be aware that some rooms are next to the reception and the walls are quite thin so in the morning you can hear the phone ringing etc. This did not bother us though as we were out for the majority of the day.

  : The location is amazing. It is an old historical building. Some of their rooms had balconies and were very cute. The addition of a wooden floor to the rooms with very high ceilings was interesting.
  : It needs to be renewed a little.

  : Neat, clean and spacious room with well behaved staff. They provided us with a good room and we had a comfortable stay.
  : Elevator is not there and passage to first floor is narrow. It's difficult to carry luggage up the stairs.
