  : Great location on a quiet street close to the city center. Had everything we needed for a long stay, including a washer which was handy for a 10 day stay.
  : Could have used an extra set of towels and sheets for a stay over 5 days.

  : Very charming and close to everything we wanted to see in Firenze. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathroom was unique had all the amenities we needed.

  : A great apartment with pretty much everything you could want. Includes cooking, washing facilities etc.
  : Nothing really. Comfortable place. Only granular things which could be changed such as the shower not leaking but other than nothing.

  : excellent location. only 6-7 minutes of walking from center. Price was also below average and cheap. Easy to reach, there are enough facilities in the apartment and there lots of restaurants, cafes and markets nearby.
  : after i booked my stay i contacted with the owner and told him that we would be in florence in the evening and he told us that we had to pay 30 euros for late check-in. we arrived at apartment at 19:30 and paid an extra 30 euros for late check-in. I think if they have a late check-in policy they should give some information about time and price in the apartment information section. It felt a bit unprofessionalIt is really hard to arrange temparature of water in show, it is extremely hot or cold and you have to try a bit to make it warm. They should check and repair the faucet and valve for a better customer experience
