  : location and style, size was great too

  : Spectacular view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio; the building is literally on the grassy bank of the river. The flat itself is large and comfortable in a very safe area so walking to and from the flat after hours was never an issue.
  : The neighbors close to the master suite watched television very loudly into the early hours of the morning. (2 am - 4 am). It was so loud we had to move into the living room to sleep. Also, the bedrooms are over a busy and noisy street, but of course that allows for the beautiful view out of the living area windows. Mosquitos were also a problem because of the proximity to the river and the weather was damp. The youngest member of our group aged 10 was bitten many times on her face.

  : It is a very nice property ideally located but not very clean and the communal areas are dirty

  : The view and location is spectacular. The place is beautiful and clean.
  : We run out of hot water after one person took a shower. We have to wait for half an hour for the water to heat before the other person can take shower.
