  : Didnt really like the apartment. Very very small. The tvs didnt work. No info about anything inside. Up 3 flights of stairs with luggage no elevator. And to top it all off there was a cleaning person knocking at the door at 10a. Check out time was supposed to be 11a. Would not recommend again for sure. Also the dates set up were incorrect and that is probably my fault but I wonder if I will get a one day refund for only staying there one day?!?!
  : The bed was comfortable but thats about it.

  : Location was close to everything. Apartment was spacious and had a lot of kitchen utensils and plates.
  : The ceiling is wooden and even the smallest noises (talking, walking, shower/water) can be heard from the floor above. We could not sleep till 2am due to loud noises and parting from above. The sofa bed was stiff and slightly worn out.

  : The apartment is very well located. The staff was super helpful. We had some payment issues (on our side) when paying the city tax, and the staff was helpful and patient with us. During our vacation in Italy, this was the best apartment in terms of kitchenware.
  : Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place. The sound isolation is terrible. I understand that is probably due to the fact that this is an old building, and as far as I could tell, the multiple floors were divided by a layer of wood (which is normal for old buildings and safe). However, we could hear everything happening below and above us. And by everything, I mean everything you can imagine. Even though our neighbors were sometimes quite loud, most times you could hear they were just talking normally. As a matter of fact, they could probably hear us as well. Regardless, I don't consider this as a pleasant apartment to sleep (or simply to spend time on) while you're in Florence.

  : Locations wise is very close to the train station and attractions. Comfortable bed.
  : The keybox containing the keys is difficult to open. The lock to buildings entrance is a nightmare to operate. There was no clear mention that the appartment is on the third floor with very narrow stairs and no elevator. Carrying a large suitcase and a babys stroller is very difficult. We couldnt find the glasses / plates etc. as they were in an iron wardrobe away from the kitchen that looked like utilities cupboard (ok partly our fault), but the staff wasnt very helpful. Lots of back and forth with us asking if we checked everywhere rather than simply telling us from the beginning where they were. Quite early checkout and on top of that a courier bringing laundry came whilst we were trying to rush out of the appartment Very very noisy as theres almost no sound insulation. Lots of noise coming from the streets

  : Location was good, near the train station and a short walk to all the shops, main attractions and great restaurants surrounding. Bathroom and washing machine were in good working order, air conditioning worked great.
  : Didnt know it was up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. Kitchen was not the cleanest so in the end did not end up using it. Couch and pillows on it were dirty and smelt like pee.
