  : Very short distance from SMN train station. Apartment was clean but it can be a bit noisy due to the many people coming/going from the train. It didnt bother us when sleeping as you can close the door to block out the noise. Apartment did have washing machine which we used.
  : Cant run the washing machine and the a/c together. Tripped the circuit breaker a couple of times. before figuring that out. Easy enough to reset it back on in the hallway.

  : We were supposed to stay at this property for 4 nights. The first night of our stay went well except that the Wi-Fi was not working. On the second night of our stay, we returned to our belongings thrown about the floor of the apartment. Someone had broken in and gone through all of our things stealing money, jewelry and even makeup. You need 2 codes to get into the apartment and the door was not broken into. We believe it may have been staff who took our things as it doesnt make sense how someone got into the apartment if the codes are changed and the door had not been damaged. We immediately called the apartment and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience, nor did she even seem concerned that the apartment had been broken into. They also would not give me a phone number to contact outside of operating hours in case we needed to get ahold of them. My group felt very unsafe after this and did not stay at the property for the remainder of the stay. The next day I talked to another staff member who was kind and apologized. We did get a refund for the nights we didnt stay but they were not very communicative and I had to call every day to talk to them about it as they never replied to my email.
