  : 47 (!) stairs to reach the property - most of them are very hard to climb with the lagguge. Bad smells comming in from the balcony, due to restaurants down stairs (esspacially in the mornings). We complained about several things that are need to be fixed, and the owner did not arrive to fix them, even after to do so. No air conditioning in one of the rooms. Thats why one should read the reviews, which we did not... One thing - the owner supplied us with another set of towals.

  : The area was sketchy and super loud. There were so many people (young ones) partying all night and it was impossible to sleep. Also, there is a restaurant aeration and the smell on the corridor was horrible . There were so many steps that we had to climb (quite dangerous to be honest) with our suitcases (no lift whatsoever). One of the bedrooms didnt have air condition and it was very hot and all 3 bedrooms had to share one remote control for it. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning was mediocre. Worst of all is that a day before check out I asked if I could leave my suitcases in the apartment until 12:30 (one hour later than check out) and they said that it is fine and that I could leave them in a corner of the house. At 11:00 we heard a door bell sound, we opened the door and there was a lady who came to collect the city taxes, once I gave her the money I told her that we talked with them yesterday and they agreed for us to leave our suitcases in the house until 12:30, she seemed kind of confused and she said that we couldnt leave our suitcases because the next guests are coming earlier (check in is at 15:00, keep it in mind) and that we can book a storage space near the train station. We were very disturbed because it was a last minute thing and we definitely didnt have time to arrange it. As I was trying to find the storage space the time was 11:10, we heard a door bell again but nobody came, it was a clear sign of you have to leave the house now. I would never come back to this place not just because of how noisy and uncomfortable it was but more because of the way the host treated it us. Do not recommend at all ! Stay away and dont trust them.

  : Very close to the city center and around a lot of bars, cafes, restaurants (tratorias, osterias) and even supermarkets.
  : One of the bedrooms was too noisy, the windows were not properly sealed.

  : Appartment is located in a very good place.
  : On the first floor there is a restaurant with not very pleasant smell, so you can't open the window. Appartment is very simple more for students. Very steep stairs, which are inconvenient to climb with suitcases. Also here we will be faced with the dishonest behavior of the cleaning lady (most likely). At the request of the owner, we left the city tax on the table, the cleaning lady came just at the time of our checking-out, but the owner assured that there was no money left when she arrived. At the same time, she defended the cleaning lady, allegedly working with her for many years and such situations had never happened before. It was very unpleasant.

  : Great location close to the Duomo and access to a washer for laundry
  : There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, and when we requested more, the owner provided more but too late after we needed it, so we had already bought more ourselves. Broken electrical outlet in the bathroom and shower door off the track.. Not enough clothespins on the clothes line outside and when we questioned the owner, she said she'd get back to us about it but never did. The washer wash great but no laundry detergent provided.
