  : The place has a great location, it was clean, Max, the gentleman who handover the keys was very kind and polite. The apartment have 6 beds in 3 separate rooms with 2 bathrooms and all you need in the kitchen. there is a small shop for groceries next door literally and 2 parking garages less than 100 meters expensive (40 per night) but they take care of the ZTL (limited traffic area restrictions) so you do not have to worry at all.
  : WIFI does not work, but it was informed immediately in the very first chat with them after booking it. so kind of not surprise but a pity if you want to share pictures after a great day in Florence without wifi. TV does not work. maybe less important due to you do not expect to see to much TV when you are in Florence of course, but maybe good to entertain the kids to have a minute to organize the day plan. Max tried to fix it but never worked

  : location is great, just next to the Vecchio bridge. close to restaurant and to the city center. 3min walking from supermarket and 15min walking from train station. Appartement is very nice, good furniture, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and bathroom
  : you can hear the noise from the street when you are in bed but with a pair of earplugs issue is solved.wifi was not working at all when we arrived, it was fixed by the owner but it worked very slowly during the whole stay

  : The location of the apartment is great.
  : This apartment is located exactly on the main street, but this is also a minus. Its so noisy there that you cant sleep at all, no matter of the time.Its on the first floor and during the night you hear the cars passing by, like they are in the room. You hear everything whats happening on the street and what the people are talking. the windows are very old and broken, and there is no noise isolation at all. Also the apartment needs renovation for sure. The bathrooms ceilings are falling apart and also there is light missing in the rooms. Definitely not our best experience.
