  : The location was perfect, right in the city centre, close to the Uffizi art museum. Nice and clean.
  : It was really tiny, folding sofa.

  : It's close to Pitti Palace, Uffizi Gallery, and various famous places, and it's very wonderful.
  : It's not suitable for people who are not good at narrow things. But it's very cosy.

  : The location is great!! And thats the only thing
  : Sofa bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was tiny , lets just say the shower was like 2ftx2ft , the shower drain did not drain properly water all over floor , mosquitoes everywhere, people banging on door during the day and night , contacted number given to me no response at all until I started emailing them from the booking site , air conditioner worked for one day , hot water stopped working the second day again reached out on WhatsApp with the numbers I was given and no response. We ended up going to the corner of the street where Pitti Palace B&B hotel was and stayed there for the extra money do it so you can take a real shower , sleep on a real bed with an air conditioned room and also a continental breakfast! I always travel and use Airbnbs and never had an issue until this one ! Also the pictures are deceiving!
