  : the area is nice and the check in was without issue
  : the air conditioning is not very good and it was really warm inside the property all the time. the shower leaked in one of the sides so the floort was full of water most of the time.

  : Very close to the Duomo and only up one flight of stairs.
  : The room was very warm as the ceiling is quite low.

  : Great location, ultra close to Duomo. Dog friendly. No breakfast, but coffee bars near by have nice offer of breakfasts (sandwiches, croissants, etc.), and Carrefour store is also very close.
  : Practically no windows - the windows that do exist, cant be described as windows, but as an openning in the wall (hopper window with highes point at waist line). Also, there were mega cockroaches in the facility, but possibly that is due to a wider city problem, not facility specific.

  : Wonderful location. Coffee machine was handy (nespresso- bring your own pods)
  : Things are falling apart- tap, chairs, curtains, railings.. it works, but just needs some love. Its a dark room, without adequate lighting and a very small window. Another light fixture or a stronger light bulb would fix the problem.

  : The room was dirty and hot. Bad lighting, faulty tap only a couple of dark brown mugs and a few cardboard plates. Nothing to wash the mugs with. The AC had too little capacity to be able to cool the large room, which made it very hot and stuffy, and it also tasted a lot of water. Placed the dustbin underneath which collected several liters of water in just one day, in addition we had to wipe the floor several times with the disgusting mop. Didn't see a cockroach in the room but just outside. The entire rent for the reservation was deducted from the account directly at the time of booking, even though the ad stated that there was no advance payment. This is the worst accommodation we have experienced.

  : Very good location, at the very centre of Florence so it was easy to walk everywhere.
  : Almost no natural light, only a very small window. The furniture was all old and damaged, including a broken light over the mirror in the bathroom. The place was not very clean. And the host was rude when I called them to come and open the door for me.

  : Host met us at apartment. The location is perfect for checking out the city center. The AC was a lifesaver.
  : Cleanliness was an issue. The couch was stained, chairs were falling apart, mop bucket was sitting in corner, and TV did not work. The window was left open and there were about 12 mosquitos I killed first night and we still got chewed up.

  : property had no window as was a basement which was not advertised. aircon unit was old and. it enough for the room. everything was extremely dated and broken including bed, chairs, light in bathroom was like a candle light as light bulbs had been replaced.
