  : It was clean. The owner was very nice. He gave us great directions and recommendations once we met him. Great AC!
  : Very hard to find when you first arrive to Florence. Took a while to figure out where the key was located. Staircase was dark and could not find light switches. No one available at check in after 1:30 pm was inconvenient. Many of these issues I identified could have been avoided if someone was present to introduce us to the property. Location seemed a little unsafe. Even with the windows closed, lots of ambient noise could be heard. Lots of steps and no elevator.

  : The guys who ran it was fabulous. Rooms were made up and cleaned promptly bed was comfortable. I liked having Netflix on the TV.
  : I was on the third floor. It was a long hike up a few times a day 27 steps between floors. If steps is not a problem, I would recommend it.
