  : For a low price we had overall a good stay, and it is easy to reach the city center from the apartment.
  : The owner has a huge dog. It is a sweet dog, but people should know that. He jumped on our bed which could be very annoying for some people. The apartment is fully covered with moquette carpet, even the toilet, which doesn't guarantee good hygiene standards. At night can be really loud because of neighbors.

  : The apartment was near the city center which was practical, and also near a bar and supermarket.
  : However, it was difficult to unlock the doors and we had problems with obtaining all the keys needed to enter. It wasnt always easy to communicate with the owner. Due to all these issues we lost an afternoon of visiting. Also our flatmates during our stay were not very clean, but the apartment itself was given to us clean!

  : Great value for money in an otherwise expensive city. We had some issues with travelling and the host was able to help us with self check in late in the night which was an absolute lifesaver, thank you!
  : The doors on the individual rooms and the bathroom did not seem to work with any of the keys given, so there could be a bit of concern around security and privacy.

  : far from the center of Florence) be prepared that you will have to move in yourself and somehow enter the entrance without keys, you will just wait for someone to open the door) this is a two-room apartment, so you will not live alone) one of the rooms has a folding a bed that is not very comfortable and there is little space in this room)

  : It wasn't a great experience at all. First of all the host send us a pictures for our rooms then when when reached there it was a different room. The room has no lock, for me it didn't feel safe at all to leave our luggage in a room with no locks, especially that the ones who rented the other room, had been to our room to smoke in the balcony, and the even smoked at the toilet which was very annoying and unacceptable.On the other hand it was mentioned that there was a credit card payment option, which we didn't find, so after we left we had to go back to the place to leave the money in cash in the apartment, and because of that we missed our train
  : The safety, the location, the host attitude when we talked about the payment, the privacy.

  : The place was clean and the amenities modern.
  : The bed/couch combo had some hard parts where I could feel the medal frame while sleeping. Also, the unit would benefit from window/door screens as I was bitten in several places by mosquitoes.

  : Its a flat in a very Italian neighborhood. Its secure and comfortable. We had an issue with the room when we arrived and the host acted fast to fix it.
