: Very horrible experience. There is no reception at all. The drainage system in washroom got serious problem. Flooding happened when bath. No response for whatsapp message at all. You dont even know where to get tissue when they were used up!

: Read all the comments that are here!!! You arrive there and theres no staff!! They just sent email with the code to the building and room number - without telling you how to get the room key!!!!! Everybody just wait there thinking what to do I call the owner because in the room we should be were things of others. He told me to take other key but a lot of people wait there because he do not answer the phone!!! And dont know how to get to the room. The room is absolutely horrible!!!!! The fall are full of dead mosquitos!!!!! Everything is so dirty, the bed is dirty absolutely disgusting!!! You have to pay the tourist tax and I know that but because theres no staff when you arrive, the dare to bother you on phone the next day when you are on vacation to sent the picture of your ID ASAP - and thats crazy as well because sending the picture of your ID is soo risky Really read all the comments and think if you wanna go and be waiting there and dont how to get in. My recommendations DONT GO
