: The apartment is in a wonderful location. The size of the apartment was good for our family of four. The air conditioner worked well for the living room and kitchen though it did not reach the bedroom too well. However, we did at least have a fan in the bedroom. We did use the washing machine during our stay which was a wonderful amenity.
: The shower leaked. We had to put towels in the floor next to the shower to stop the water from spreading throughout the bathroom.

: The location is great. Steps from the Uffizi, Galileo Museum, Palazzo Vecchio, etc.
: Do not stay here. This is place is simply a disaster and a health hazard. We had to find somewhere else to stay after two nights, at great expense. The hosts completely stopped responding to us. We have received zero compensation or help of any kind. I wish we would've seen the reviews describing all the same problems we had. This is a shortened list of problems: - Disgusting, stained blankets and sheets - Bedbugs. Another reviewer reported this as well. My spouse and kids were all covered in painful bites (not mosquito bites; that's normal for an Italian summer and we had those too--these bites looked and felt different, and match bedbug bite patterns) - A rancid smell immediately upon entering. We had to buy air freshener and an oil diffuser at the market - Trash and clothing left behind by previous guests - Toilet doesn't consistently flush--takes 5+ attempts - Shower doesn't drain. Within a couple minutes you're standing in inches of water - Dishes were dirty. Caked-on food, wet mold in the espresso kettle - Fans in bedroom did not work, and portable AC struggled to keep the apartment cool (and was very loud) - Half the light bulbs are out - Kitchen sink faucet will not get hot

: Location was excellent, and at least with double windows you could shut out the noise.
: Too many to list: I have asked Teona, who was our contact, to pass on issues and suggestions that were part of our ongoing discussions with her. She at least was helpful where she could be, but many things were not fixed, due to the agency policy.
