  : The location
  : My husband is 64 tall and couldnt fit on the bed. It wasnt disclosed on the ad that the apartment is on the 2nd floor. My husband had several knee and hip surgeries and taking steps is very painful for him. Especially bringing up the heavy suitcases. The shower had one inch gap between the door and wall, every time we took a shower the water leaked out everywhere, we had to wipe the floors in bathroom and living room to wipe the water. Also there is a lot of mold in the shower. When we arrived at 3pm for the check in the place was t ready and we had to wait for the cleaning person to clean the apartment.

  : The location is perfect. Away from the tourists but easy walkable. I come to Florence a few times a year and really enjoyed this location. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had in Florence.
  : The bathroom shower door doesnt properly align causing water to go everywhere. It is causing bad mold problems and warped floor. This needs to be fixed.

  : The toilet was clean but the shower and floor was still dirty, you can see it in the tile. They only left 1 roll of toilet paper for my husband and I for 4 days. They asked us to take out the trash before we left when they charged a cleaning fee and when I had a couple of questions even though they answered they also said to read the book for further instructions. I never saw the person in charge versus all other airbnbs that we have stayed where they actually talked to us in person and did a lot of great recommendations. The studio was extremely small and I understand it's a studio but for the price we paid we could've gotten something better like we have been with the other airbnbs

  : The flat is in a nice location, at few minutes from the center of the city. Waiting for us in the flat, there was a nice bottle of wine. The flat is small but well organized.
  : There is a problem with the drains in the bathroom. Every time the toilet is flushed, an horrible smell comes out from the shower drain. Since there are not windows in the bathroom, the problem affects the entire flat, and we had to continuously spray some deodorant to maintain the smell under control. In addition, the check-in has been very tedious, with a huge amount of forms to fill and requested information that took quite a lot of time.
