  : Good value and location within a ten minute walk from Santa Maria Novella and about a five minute walk from San Lorenzo Market. A wide selection of good cafes and restaurants close by. Check in and key retrieval was easy and uncomplicated. We even got to leave our luggage early, since we arrived before the check in time. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people.
  : Only one bathroom and one shower for 6 people can make toilet logistics inconvenient. The shower head holder was broken, which made the showering experience a bit difficult. Low water pressure and inconsistent water temperatures (perhaps simply old plumbing). I reported the shower head problem to the host. They advised someone would come by to repair the problem but they never came by during our stay. So that part was disappointing.
