: The location was great. The room was typically small but clean. The bathroom was a good size, & we had our own bathroom, definitely a plus.Also, our room was away from the street, so it was VERY QUIET.
: I wish they would have a little shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo. It's hard to get washed when you have nowhere to put your stuff. Also, we were there for 4 days and never had clean towels. We don't expect every day, but after 3 days it would have been nice.

: The host was available, reliable and kind. The location is very central. The room was quiet.
: The room was advertised as having a view on the courtyard. In reality, it was a view on a tiny outdoor space with no natural light and it was not possible to open the window due to the ventilation of the restaurant. To me this is false advertising as basically it felt claustrophobic to be in the room. The second day there was no hot water.

: The host is thoughtful and provided several cute memos about the stay. They also provide you with "coupons" to have an breakfast in some cafes near to the apartment, but we didn't use them. You can reach many attractions quite fast. Apartment is definitely not new - but clean.
: I guess it's quite common in relatively cheap touristic stays in Italy, but it's actually a room inside of apartment. Close to it shared bathroom is located and we could hear noises you usually don't want to hear And you don't want to open the window!
