  : Great location, lots to see & do within easy walking distance.Clean linen , spacious and an enjoyable stay..As not staffed the instructions for entry is given with codes, wall boxes & metal gates for security.A very good idea.
  : Perhaps clearer on instructions if indicate have to go through a second metal gate to find secure coded keybox.

  : Nothing, it had a cockroach infestation therefore indicating the property was very dirty. The room was not the cleanest on arrival. It was very very poor.
  : Several cockroaches were spotted each day of our stay, with a few of them appearing in our room. We did observe a cockroach trap and when leaving the property we did speak to a member of staff regarding this to which we were informed they had contacted pest control to come and fumigate the property. This indicated they were aware of the infestation yet still took money and advertised on booking sites, which should not be allowed with an issue like that ongoing.We did try to inform a member of staff the first day we arrived and found one in our room, however no member of staff was to be seen any day we were there, we only noticed the member of staff on the day we left. We did express to the member of staff how angry we were and how it had took away the experience. There was a language barrier to which we were given a number to txt to inform them of our issues. We contacted this number on several occasions and requested a refund to which we have still received no reply.

  : The room is an unbreathable basement due to humidity. The room was not ready and we had to wait half an hour even though we had indicated our arrival time. They recommended us not to open the window so that insects would not get in. Hot water didn't always work.

  : Clean, quiet, and nice room, everything I can expect for a good stay in a hostel
  : The cost, I paid almost 3 times than any other hostel I paid in Europe or Italy for that matter, I understand Tuscany is a tourist hotspot but 3 times is ridiculous (bare in Mind I came here late July 2023)

  : The location was great it was close to everything
  : It had a mildew smell, the sheets were damp, chipped paint on walls falling off, needed to ask for more towels and toilet paper, shower was not hot, no big window to open for air.
