  : Good location, close to center
  : The toilet is a disaster. Needs a lot of maintenance work. The shower area leaks water into the whole toilet. One could take a shower and then swim in the toilet :S The host informed beforehand that the keys will be in a box and sent the code for it. I arrived late at night and found out that the box was not there. Upon contact, I was asked to contact another person. No one could speak english. I had to wait around 20 min to have the situation resolved. Finally, the keys were hidden under a mat. Worst experience! Its an apartment with old windows. No sound proofing at all. The area is busy with late night activities. So good luck trying to sleep at night. The electric apiances did not have electricity connection and no sockets closeby. Dont knkw why they are there as there is no power connrction. One cannot drive close to the apartment as it is in the Florence ZTL.

  : Location is great and host was okay, she let us check in earlier.
  : Apartment is complete disaster. It wasn't cleaned for weeks, we had to clean it by ourselves so we can stay inside. Bathroom is dirty and shower cabin is broken. Apartment shouldn't be on Bokking if its in this state
