  : Wonderful welcome from Nico who showed us around the apartment & how everything worked. Lots of pantry goods like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, coffee, washing liquid & cleaning materials etc. Having the use of a washing machine was very helpful, went home with clean clothes!

  : The apartment is in a quiet street near all the key attractions of Florence. It was clean and our host was informative. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and dining area, plus a bedroom.
  : As there is no dedicated sitting area, a comfortable chair or 2 in the kitchen/dining area would be appreciated, My husband reads late into the night. There was a sofa in the bedroom but that was not an option for him to read on as the light kept me awake

  : Niccol was a very helpful and extremely kind host. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Theres washing machine with all detergents and coffee machine (and coffee!) Localization is great, right next to basilica di Santa Croce, there is also bus to the central train station.

  : The hotel is close to the basilica and the lively Piazza Santa Croce where Michelangelo's tomb is located. We arrived from Santa Maria Novella station by taxi. The owner was already expecting us, met us and helped us lift our suitcases on the second floor (since there is no elevator). The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable, especially the mattress that was great to sleep on. The hotel has everything you need for your stay. The apartment had the necessary basic necessities: Sugar, salt, coffee, olive oil, etc. Nicolo helped us with everything. He showed on the map where the attractions and restaurants are. And on the day of departure, he called us a taxi that took us to the airport. Overall the stay was simply excellent. Thanks for everything, Nicolo.

  : We had a great time in this apartment. Nicolo was a great host, he allowed us to check in at a very convenient time and gave us great tips about the city. The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It has AC, fridge and washing machine. Location was incredible, close to all the main attractions of the city and very safe.
