  : The property was super easy to check in to as the whole process felt so professional and safe--was a fool-proof online check-in situation which we love. It was also easy to find, very centered in the city (walking distance to the Duomo and other beautiful sites) and around good places to have a drink and dine. Everyone who served us also where friendly and polite in the area :) But honestly, I travel a lot and I have stayed at all types of accommodations usually hotels and apartment stays similar to this one, but this is by far my favorite. It just felt like I was in my own home and it was really clean. When I say clean, you can smell the fresh detergent on the towels and sheets kinda clean. Every room smelled fresh especially the bedroom and bathrooms. No dust on the floors, tables kitchen and even inside the walk in closet so we were were so happy. With the furnishings, bedding, mattress, sofa, tv and more, you can tell they spent time and money on it. Lastly, they had all put all the info you need for staying there, like wifi info and options for other extra services we may need--just such a nice touch. I can't wait to return to Florence and stay here again with my family and friends--highly recommend! We were so thankful for the stay and we felt safe and relaxed during our short stay.
  : Nothing bad to say honestly except for 1 mosquito that snuck in lol and bit us all HAH. Met all our expectations and more, so we were very happy :)

  : Great apartment, located within walking distance of attractions. The size was perfect for our group of 6. The Mamo Florence team were very responsive. We had issues with air conditioning and they sent someone to fix immediately. Would recommend.

  : Tried to contact them to find out where the tv remote was and they didnt respond. Intricate check in process online (taking a selfie with your passport)

  : This apartment is fantastic, large and comfortable even for 6 of us. The showers are powerful and the kitchen is well-equipped. The whole place was spotlessly clean.The location is amazing, just off a pretty plaza, surrounded by good restaurants, bars and a bakery. The area felt very safe and it was easy to walk everywhere in Florence from the doorstep.The staff were very helpful, an extra set of towels that had been forgotten appeared in minutes after letting them know. Always ready to help with anything - booking a taxi, leaving our luggage at checkout, and more.I would very definitely stay here again.
  : There really isn't much to dislike here at all, but if I was to pick anything, there is no lift and the aircon is a little warmer than other places due to environmental regulations, but it was still perfectly pleasant to sleep.
