  : This apartment was suitably spacious and supplied for a couple and a single. The location is excellent to walk anywhere in the historic district in Florence and close to local restaurants, grocery shopping and local trash transfer stations. It was also quiet for being in the heart of such a busy downtown area. Also the building manager recommended and helped arrange a reasonably priced parking garage nearby to store a vehicle. Wifi worked well throughout the apartment.
  : The apartment could use a little more maintenance attention. The AC unit in the main living area leaked water condensate which created water damage to the piece of art hung below it and also to the wall. The floor fan on the second floor failed on the last night we were there and could not be used. This apartment required full payment at the time of booking with no options to make adjustments, which was a bit nerve racking for someone who had not been there before. Initially communication with the property manager was bit challenging especially since it was paid for up front. But once communications gat established, communications improved considerably and at the end of the day, it all worked out to my satisfaction.

  : Stayed for 4 nights in July to experience Florence. Very central, plenty of space, the host met us in person and explained everything. A nice old building.
  : Air conditioner unit in the living room required some cleaning and made weird sounds. But it worked.
