  : When I arrived the apartment I had to wait more than 2 hours to go inside despite the fact that they knew my arrival and only warn me from the issue when I was literally at the apartment door.I had to go back with my things to the car to come back after,the street is a Ztl area so you can't go by car,the guy who gave me the keys told me first one hour and thirty waiting for the cleaning,I waited more than 2 hours.I had to text them to know something.I got inside the apartment in the late afternoon even so I arrived at 15 to Firenze , I paid almost 500 for 3,4 days ,the apartment was disgusting ! I don't know who cleans but that person needs a different job.The bed was dirty ,the sheets wasn't even pressed! I passed the Brum everything was disgusting! They even left bad milk on the fridge!Under the tiny couch you could see all of the dirty under it ! No care and no clean ! i warned the team to only get an answer the next morning!This was the worse apartment I've ever been to !!!! You can't make someone pay for cleaning when the apartment is disgusting ! Terrible agency, disgusting apartment ,I don't recommend it The worst apartment in Firenze

  : Amazing lofted room in a quiet little oasis of bustling Firenze! Steps from the spectacular Santa Croce cathedral and just a couple blocks from the Arno river. We thoroughly enjoyed the little terrace balcony and outdoor table overlooking the courtyard garden, especially for morning espresso when the sun would shine through the foliage. We were regularly visited by pigeons in the trees, and there was even a sweet resident cat in the garden below. We loved the full kitchen and we took full advantage of the four-element gas stove here to cook our dinners. There are LOTS of kitchen supplies in the cupboards, including pots, pans, silverware, cutlery, a kettle, and more. The dining table was the perfect size for us, and the living room was arranged very comfortably with a cozy sofa, chair, and L-shaped seat. Groceries from the nearby Conad, PAM, and Carrefour supermarkets were surprisingly affordable and plentiful. We also very much enjoyed the beautiful lofted bedroom, built from dark wood with a full-size staircase and dresser for guest use. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub/bidet/washing machine downstairs as well. Pretty much all you could ask for! We also had no trouble at all contacting the rental team via WhatsApp throughout our stay from arrival to checkout.
  : There are very few negatives I can think of, except for minor things e.g., the fridge is spacious but there is NO freezer; the shower is on the smaller side; there was no corkscrew in the unit to open wine; and there is no full-length mirror to check your appearance. If you care about television, the screen in this unit is rather small. Otherwise I cant think of anything bad to say. Other reviews here seem unhappy about cleanliness, but I found it practically spotless. Bear in mind this is a converted apartment, NOT a hotel, so not everything in the unit is brand new.
