: The greeter was very nice and helped us with our luggage and the location was convenient to main attractions.
: The living room furnishings were very old and smelled bad, we didn't want to sit on the couch or chair in the living area and there were some old sofa cushions sitting on the hearth. A smart TV would have been nice so we could have watched Netflix, no TV in the bedrooms either. Long walk up the 3 steep flights of stairs.

Poor

Traveller Type:
: The location was excellent
: 50 stairs up, but doable. Mosquitos kept us all up all night, no shower curtain, blood on a pillow case, leaking ceiling in upstairs bathroom and downstairs bedroom. Unsatisfactory response from agency. Payment procedures were terrible. Had to leave a 250 deposit and have no idea if we will see it. some question as to if we needed to pay for cleaning. Spent as little time in apartment as possible which is easy in Florence. Will go back to Italy Perfect for my Florence accommodations.

Wonderful

: This is a beautiful old apartment in a really great neighborhood thats easily accessible to just about everything that youd like to do in central Florence
: There were two things that we had an issue with, but they really wont be as big of a deal to some people. The first issue is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th for us Americans) and there is no lift. It was a good workout for some of us, but it was a real challenge to the senior members of our party. The second issue was in relation to the bed arrangements and this is more a limitation on the apartment layout. For any couples that want to share a bed, it was in the loft bedroom, which was nice, but another flight up. The other bedrooms were a single and another room with a pair of singles with one, once again, in a loft space.
