  : Great location for authentic local experience, very close to market hall. Good kitchen and dining room, nice overall design. Quiet at night!
  : Waiting for warm water in the shower was a bit too long, probably due to old building.

  : The flat claims it has 2 bedrooms but in order to go to a second bedroom you must go through the first bedroom. 2nd bedroom is so small you cant walk around and there is no air conditioning so you are forced to leave the 1st bedroom door open so the 2nd bedroom can get air.

  : Very convenient location near Santa Maria Novella train station and tour pick up points which makes it easy for day trips. Also relatively near city centre.
  : 1. Wooden floor in the toilet were not well fitted with wooden parts that pop out. May get splinters and is not suitable for elderly or kids. 2. Red mites supposedly harmless and appear when temperature rises (in may) started dropping onto the sofa bed. As the unit was on a top floor, the sofa bed was right below a window so these bugs started dropping on the sofa bed. This leaves behind bright red stains once flattened. Since we were unaware, those who slept on the sofa bed were shocked when they woke up with bright red stains. Tried contacting owner but was only given a spray towards the end. It made us uncomfortable and it would be helpful if owner told us beforehand and perhaps this apartment is suited for a party of 4 or less if travelling in summer since they only appear then. We removed part of the sofa bed and moved it too the room. 3. Toilet is too small and dark and there is insufficient space to hang or place any items around. 4. If travelling with elderly with difficulty walking, be prepared to climb daily. 5. We stayed for 7 nights but owner only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper.

  : The check in process was very smooth. We did have a problem with the shower, it wouldn't drain at all but the host sent someone to fix it straight away.
  : The second "bedroom" isn't really a bedroom - it seems to be a walk in closet of some kind that has been converted into a bedroom - it's very small & you have to walk through the other persons room every time to enter or exit your bedroom which is very inconvenient.
