  : The apartment was clean and in a good location. Definately looks bigger in photos and is located on 4th floor without an elevator. Not an issue for day to day but not convenient when carrying luggage.

  : Many stairs, no elevator. Bad smell in stairway. Broken toilet seat. Weak water pressure. No wine gasses.

  : 1. The location was okay.2. Hilaria was punctual but seemed in a rush to leave. She explained everything hurriedly.3. Federico was helpful at first before we checked in but then he was MIA. We did not receive any response regarding our complaints other than sending maintenance to change out one blown bulb.
  : 1. There were crumbs on the table and chairs which shows that a thorough cleaning was not done. Also, a bottle of bath gel or shampoo was left in the shower stall which further proves my point yet they charge a cleaning fee of about 106 euros for a 2 night stay.2. The mattresses were blood-stained and sheets smelled too strongly of bleach.3. There was a strange odor in the apartment apart from the musty smell.4. The smell of gas was strong as you neared the 2nd flight of stairs.5. In my opinion, the room does not look like the one advertised.
