  : Its location and the styling/decor is lovely.
  : It had a terrible smell that we couldnt get rid of. There were some maintenance issues (shelves loose in bathrooms). It didnt have a toaster or microwave.

  : Location is fantastic, very convenient, close to going out, shopping and sightseeing areas. The apartment was very clean. The internet connection provided was great. The property is very spacious, with 2 separate bathrooms, which is very convenient. The kitchen equipment in the property was great, also the quality of furniture and decor. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer also helped a lot.
  : One of the bedrooms is on the street side, so may be at times noisy - pack your ear plugs. The other is on the back / garden side, and unfortunately the main problem there were mosquitos and we lost some sleep because of it... I think some netting on the window would definitely help. The living room felt a little dark (it is in between the bedrooms, and itself does not have an outside window), but it was generously compensated with number of lamps :)

  : Location of the property was great close to museums, local attractions, restaurants and the Arno River. The floor plan was very nice . Two bathrooms was a bonus. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work for the 3 days we were there, making it very uncomfortable for us since it was hot and humid especially for sleeping at night. Leonardo did manage to get a technician out on day 2 but only fixed it for a few minutes. He explained the air conditioner need led a new part and it was in order. Still no air and on day 3 technician came back but could not fix either air conditioner in the bedrooms. We use a small fan in one room and a bigger stand up fan in the other. In addition to the hot apartment, there was no toilet paper, the area rug was very dirty and the handle in the master bedroom fell off. I hope we will be compensated for our inconvenience and reimbursement on some of the rental fee.
