  : The only good thing is the location, its in the city center.
  : Everything else. In COVID times the apartment was filthy, all forks and knifes were dirty in the kitchen, the refrigerator didnt close properly, so it was not cold enough. We were in a group of five, and things and commodities werent enough (1 toilet paper per bathroom for 5 days!!!!! And only 2 little soaps). All 3 air conditioners were broken. We tried to contact the host but they were rude, and said we were lying (even though we sent proof of everything), and complained about it since our arrival. They were so disrespectful!!!! Its absurd! We booked for 4 days, but we didnt stay there, we left early (we stayed 2 days because we were trying to reach booking and the host to fix our problems) and we had to pay another hotel for the remaining days, since it was impossible to stay there. It was stressful, and a waste of money.Its a total scam. Its nothing like the photos. I was surprised they have such a great score. Even the fan they had was dirty, filled with dust, so was the couch. If you have allergies, be aware. The wifi signal was terrible and didnt work well in all the apartment. If youre coming to Florence by car, you dont have parking for a reasonable price, and you have to pay around 40 per day, thats a downside of it as well. Booking didnt help us with the situation as well. It was really stressful.
