Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: Comfortable room furnished with everything a traveler could need: towels, fridge, hot water kettle and instant coffee, clothes iron, hair dryer, city map, comfortable bed, and decent shower. There was even a multi-plug, multi-voltage adapter in the bathroom. I was impressed with how quiet my room was (second floor, back of the building), given the central location. It was basically across the street from the airport tram, and it was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go in Florence. The building is secure but easy to access. And, luggage storage after my stay was no problem. The staff was quite friendly, although don't expect to see them on site at all hours. I'd definitely come back here on a future trip to Florence!
: The hotel doesn't serve breakfast anymore. There were very few extras: no alarm clock in the room, no art on the walls, no window screens, no water bottle provided at check in. And, it may be a bit of a chase between the staff and you to make sure your passport information and payment are taken care of, depending on if they are present when you arrive.

: Location was great, room was clean.
: Only issue was room was on the second floor but there was no elevator. They did already mention this but did also say they would help with the luggage. But they offered to help with the small backpack and asked me to carry the huge suitcase by myself up two floors.

: Absolutely the worst hotel we have stayed in after 35 years of worldwide traveling. Totally false ad. No minibar, breakfast, tour desk, or handicap room...lobby 4 steps up. Your handling our our concern before we even arrived was deplorable!!

: It was close to the train station. A short walk with 2 bags to carry.
: A/C not operating but a fan was available which I did not use. Dust gathered in the floor corners. I arrived late the second night, but noticed no clean towels, so I just use the same ones.
